We have put together this calculator for Airbnb hosts so you can see quickly and easily the real income of a reservation once the costs of hosting has been taken out. This is a simplified version of the one we use.

This calculator simply provides your net income after airbnb fees and any additional expenses such as utiltiy and breakfast costs.

We use this all the time and find it invaluable giving us a real picture of our earnings for each guest/ booking.
Just enter the total reservation amount from Airbnb and our calculator will deduct the Airbnb fee and your costs to host the guest.
The calculator has our costs by default so just change these to suit yourself. If you don’t provide breakfast for example just leave this box blank. Then all you need to do is enter the reservation amount, the number of guests and the number of nights.
Our Airbnb Host Calculator then takes off the Airbnb commission automatically and works out your net total for you and well, shows you the money!!

Thanks for your kind comments on the site. We’re so pleased that hosts like you are getting benefit form it.
We have a more intuitive balance sheet that includes areas for hosts to add their own costs such as taxes into the equation. We’re going to have it up on line soon. We’ll be shouting it form the roof tops when it’s complete.
