100 Reviews

Yippee…. so we have reached 100 reviews and counting!! Now out of all of these only two unfortunately were not good reviews (some people just cannot be pleased) so besides guests who did not do a review, percentage wise that’s an A+ mark, or 98% satisfied customers so far.

I don’t want to be blowing our own trumpet though as this type of result requires allot of work and the bar is raised very high now. We cannot afford to slip up when our guests expect top service from us.

We never forget when the first review came in from Jan and Weronika, the excitement and drive it gave us. Then we aimed for 10, then 20 and so on. Now 16 months later we hit the 100 review mark

So with this it brings us on to the next stage of hosting. We are bringing a new property¬†onto airbnb, a lovely 3 bedroom apartment with an amazing 200 square meter garden! Not only that but next month we’ll have another designer apartment with all the traditional Spanish features in the Gracia quarter….can’t wait.

When we started hosting there were 2000 places listed on airbnb for Barcelona, now they have over 5000! So we have our work cut out for us to make them a success. A little daunting and quite challenging to say the least but we now have the experience, the know-how and a shinny Super Host badge on our profile that is sure to push these new properties up the ranking with high occupancy.

We very much look forward to hosting our next 100 guests..

Fiona

You’ve set a benchmark Fiona – many congratulations ! We’re a little further back but your page is an inspiration for us here in Warsaw – hoping to visit you soon ( anonymously of course ) and the very best of luck with your new properties.

Thanks so much Jan, appreciate that. That would be funny if you come and stay anonymously, ha ha.. we could do a blog on that! Keep up the great work in Warsaw and thanks again
